They provide a one-stop solution for all Respiratory Care, CPAP, and Sleep Apnea needs, from diagnostic to therapy. Their goal is to provide ground-breaking innovations in sleep therapy at affordable prices to help customers breathe easy at night. TAS was newly incorporated across 3 different countries in Southeast Asia. They wanted to automate key business processes, support their salespersons with managing customer relationships in a remote model, and ensure their financial and accounting systems were in place from day one.

Challenges

TAS faced several challenges when it came to implementing Zoho products. Firstly, They were newly incorporated across 3 different countries in Southeast Asia, so they needed to automate key business processes, support their salespersons with managing customer relationships in a remote model, and ensure their financial and accounting system was in place from day one. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic posed a challenge in terms of deadlines and training employees.

Solution

TAS decided to outsource this work to WiselyWise, who convinced them to conduct a paid requirements-gathering project for 8 weeks.
