Why WiselyWise
Selected education programs and organizations
The school-system headache
The challenge is not getting people interested in AI. It is giving leaders, educators and students one responsible way to move forward without wasting budget or losing sight of learning.
Student safety, educator confidence, community trust and the ability to explain how AI investment improves learning—not just tool adoption.
01 / 02
Without a shared plan
Different classrooms adopt tools at different speeds.
Leaders must answer for safety, spend and learning outcomes without a shared picture.
Teachers are asked to act before they have the right preparation and support.
With WiselyWise
A shared direction that leaders can communicate and defend.
Practical teacher capability and age-appropriate student learning.
Evidence that makes the next board, budget and scale decision easier.
The WiselyWise answer
Choose a role to see how the program turns a difficult school-system question into an achievable handoff.
System, academic, technology and school leaders set the conditions. Educators and students turn them into practice and visible learning.
01 · Superintendents & system leaders
A readiness picture, shared priorities, governance decisions and a staged adoption roadmap.
Sets the purpose and success criteria for curriculum, technology and school teams.
02 · Academic & curriculum leaders
Age-appropriate pathways, teacher development and curriculum-linked evidence of learning.
Turns the system direction into learning design and support teachers can use.
03 · CTOs & technology leaders
Clear use cases, data boundaries, access needs, approved workflows and pilot support requirements.
Makes the learning plan operational without separating safety from classroom reality.
04 · Principals & school leaders
A practical rollout rhythm, communication plan and visible support for teachers and families.
Creates the conditions in which educators and students can participate well.
05 · Teachers
Guided planning, classroom-ready resources, professional learning and a community of practice.
Designs supervised learning experiences and captures what students understand and create.
06 · Students
Age-banded learning, hands-on projects, responsible-use habits and pathways from concepts to creation.
Produces authentic work that gives teachers, families and leaders evidence of progress.
Choose a role to see its decision in context
A program, not a package
A workshop, pilot and multi-school rollout solve different problems. Select a stage to see the decision, artifact and experience it creates.
Readiness brief
Clarify the decision, current use, people involved and non-negotiable safeguards.
Program map
Connect leadership priorities to age bands, curriculum, teacher needs and evidence.
Faculty plan
Prepare educators with role-relevant practice, not one generic tool demonstration.
Live pathway
Deliver workshops, bootcamps, CCA/ECA or a sustained program with SmartMaya AI for Education support.
Evidence review
Bring together participation, teacher learning, student work and implementation lessons.
Next decision
Expand only after the school can see what worked, what needs support and what comes next.

Powered by SmartMaya AI for Education
SmartMaya AI for Education is the learning and teaching platform behind the work between sessions: Teacher Studio, Maya Classrooms, courses, virtual classrooms and learning pathways keep educator preparation, learner activity and program evidence connected.

01 · Teacher Studio
Teacher Studio gives educators guided starting points for planning, differentiation, feedback and professional learning. It supports the work without replacing professional judgement.
02 · Maya Classrooms
Maya Classrooms lets educators organise cohorts, selected tools and activities around an age-appropriate learning goal—so student exploration has context and teacher support.
03 · Learning pathways
Courses, virtual classrooms, projects and learning pathways give a school a way to continue the work between sessions and bring evidence back to the next decision.
Teacher confidence becomes classroom capability
WiselyWise trained Mahima Ponmalar in AI. She went on to teach the Artificial Intelligence curriculum at her government school and received the Best Teacher Award for that work.
Understanding before automation
Age-banded pathways combine core ideas, responsible use and projects that learners can explain, demonstrate and improve.
The Five Big Ideas are credited to AI4K12; WiselyWise uses them as part of a wider, age-appropriate learning journey.
Student creator
After a WiselyWise AI workshop, the Grade 11 GIIS student developed LABO—Breadwinners of Tomorrow—and won a prize at the Google-conducted SheHacks hackathon.
Student creator
Khushi applied AI to an idea for a chatbot addressing monophobia, showing how a learning pathway can become purposeful creation.
A stronger basis for the next decision
A clear picture of participation, classroom practice and student learning gives your team the evidence to choose its next step.
Who engaged, where support was needed and whether the intended groups were reached.
Reflections, lesson artefacts and changes educators are ready to make.
Projects, explanations and responsible-use decisions students can demonstrate.
What worked, what created friction and what should happen before scale.

Flexible delivery
Short programs, school-calendar formats and longer pathways can begin from different readiness levels.
See project-based learningFit the school calendar
The consultation helps choose the smallest credible start. Scope, duration and delivery are agreed after discovery.
Build shared understanding or test a focused learning experience.
Create sustained learner practice that fits the school calendar.
Connect age bands, teacher development, projects and evidence over time.
Align a district or group while allowing schools to adapt delivery responsibly.
Bring the priority, the people who own it and the evidence they will need. We will help turn that into a sensible first step.
Keep the conversation informed
For global policy context, see UNESCO's Guidance for generative AI in education and research. Use it to frame the policy and human oversight questions your team needs to resolve.
Specific answers before you begin
It should connect leadership alignment, educator professional development, age-appropriate student AI literacy, responsible-use decisions and a measurable implementation plan. Tool demonstrations alone do not create sustainable adoption.
Include the people responsible for strategy, curriculum and instruction, technology and privacy, school operations and teacher implementation. In a U.S. district that may include the superintendent, chief academic officer and CTO; elsewhere the titles differ, but the decisions remain.
Build the adult capability and guardrails needed to support learners first. A common sequence is leadership alignment, a teacher cohort, then a supervised student pilot with clear expectations and support.
Define approved tools and activities, keep personal and assessment-sensitive data out of unapproved systems, use appropriate accounts and settings, supervise student use and require human review. Local law and your institution's policy remain authoritative.
Yes. WiselyWise scopes examples, learning goals, policy context, delivery format and age bands around the institution. We work globally rather than treating one national framework as universal.
There is no responsible universal duration. A leadership workshop, teacher cohort, student pilot and system-wide program solve different problems. The consultation identifies the smallest useful starting point.
WiselyWise designs and delivers the program. SmartMaya AI for Education is the platform that can connect teacher preparation, virtual classrooms, learning pathways, student activity and program continuity between sessions.
Yes. WiselyWise is a global company with experience across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Delivery and governance are adapted to the institution and jurisdiction.
