Knowledge Session on Scratch for AI

February 19 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

WiselyWise is conducting a free knowledge sharing session on Scratch for AI on 19 February 2022. This 1 hour session is open to all students and teachers.

AI is becoming a core part of business, and there will be a huge Demand for AI Skills in the future. According to the World Economic Forum, the growth of AI could create 58 million new jobs in the next few years. AI is the new revolution and is already a part of our daily lives.

Programming is a way to instruct the computer to perform various tasks. There are many Programming languages available today. The ability to code computer programs has become important in today’s society. Computer programming has become much more visual and easier to create over the past few years, thanks to “blocky” commands. Blocky commands look like fun and colorful interlocking puzzle pieces.

Scratch is a free online computer based program developed by MIT Media Lab that allows students to create, design, and share games, interactive stories, arts and animations. Students use blockly codes to create simple to complex projects. Scratch Programming helps students to improve their critical thinking and problem solving skills.

The session will start with a detailed introduction to block based coding using Scratch followed by an interesting Machine Learning project. By attending this session, participants will learn to create their first Machine Learning project, train the system and test how the AI responds to the user using Scratch.

Register here, to start your learning and explore the world of ML with block based coding with us.
