How to audit and stabilise a live Zoho implementation without creating more workarounds.
Establish the current state
List the workflows teams actually use, including spreadsheets and manual reconciliations outside Zoho. Compare this with the intended process.
Stabilise before expanding
Prioritise errors that affect billing, customer commitments, reporting or access. Avoid adding automation until the source data and accountable owner are clear.
Govern the next changes
Use a visible backlog, test representative scenarios and record why each configuration change was approved.
